**Position Overview**:
The **Business Development and Office Lead** will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient office management. This role combines business development strategies with office leadership to help grow our client base while maintaining a well-organized and productive workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
Identify and target new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnerships to expand the customer base of Records Management Ltd.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
- **Proposal & Pitch Development**:
Develop and present business proposals, RFP responses, and pitches, clearly demonstrating the value of our services to potential clients.
- **Market & Competitive Research**:
Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:
Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth, in alignment with company objectives.

Office Leadership:

- **Office Operations**:
Oversee daily office functions, including supply management, facility coordination, and ensuring a productive work environment for all employees.
- **Team Coordination**:
Collaborate with other departments to support project alignment and workflow efficiency within the office.
- **Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, document preparation, and managing internal communications.
- **HR Support & Onboarding**:
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, contributing to a positive office culture and efficient operations.
- **Budgeting & Financial Management**:
Help manage office budgets, track expenditures, and work with finance to ensure cost control and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in office management or administrative leadership is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
