Account Administrator I (Reception)
As an Account Administrator you are responsible for greeting walk-in clients and callers in a friendly and courteous manner. This is a part-time position consisting up to 26.5 hours per week from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch. In addition, the successful candidate will be scheduled to work rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and Thursdays from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Process client payments according to the needs of the Insurance Company and policies
Process insurance policies and documents following Drayden's workflows
Follow up on outstanding matters with insurance companies
Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
You have administrative or accounting experience in previous jobs, education or hobbies
You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word), with data entry speed of 45 wpm
Previous insurance experience is considered an asset
