Job Title: Account Executive, Prestige Division – ACI Beauty/Fragrance Job Description:
The Account Executive representing the Prestige Beauty Division uses his/her skills to build ACI Fragrance/Beauty brands at the retail level. Your mandate will be to provide strategic, operational, and creative leadership in directing the development of sales, maintenance of merchandising and implementation of strategic company plans. Vital to this position is the implementation of key objectives for business growth and development of our brands in the Canadian Market.
Responsible for developing the brand recognition within the Quebec market (Montreal/South Shore)
Liaising with key accounts
Building and developing positive business relationships with store management and sales force
Training and talent development
Managing annual regional plans for retail sales
Establishing strong relationships with accounts
Provide in-depth training in all retailers to the sales teams across your designated territory.
Organize shipments and assets flow to achieve targets.
Manage returns.
Demonstration/Team Management
for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, motivating, and managing freelance fragrance/beauty advisors.
for personal daily in store sales performance and targets of freelancers
to lead by example in product sales, link selling techniques and customer service.
capabilities in both scheduling and time management
~3 years retail sales / account management experience, ideally in the cosmetic and fragrance / beauty industry
~ driver’s licence, reliable car, and the ability to travel to all assigned accounts.
~ computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
~ occasion, must have flexibility to work on weekends.
