Job Description

1. Responsible for product area of Financial Services, including Shoplazza Payment, 3rd party payment platform, Ecosystem Payment

2. Responsible for full product cycle, from ideation, design, execution, launch and operation

3. Exploring new product and business opportunities aligned with company strategy and developing product development strategy and execution roadmap

4. Leading, managing and coaching a team of product managers and operations to build the best team

Job requirements

1. 5+ years of product experience with product team management experience

2. Deep understanding and handson experience of payment product, business and broader fintech industry.

3. Ability to manage and drive complex projects and deliver high quality and stable product solutions

4. Fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking, must be able to use English as the communication language

5. Knowledge and interest in e-commerce or SaaS 6. Passion to coach/mentor other team members and excellent team work.
