GTB is comprised of four business lines: Global Trade Finance ("GTF"), Corporate Cash Management ("CCM"), Financial Institutions ("FI"), and Export and Agency Finance ("EAF").

**Position Summary**

TDS has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation and expansion of GTB's product suite to position TDS as a leading North American multi-currency treasury provider, enabling significant business growth across the franchise.

The Associate, Payments Product Transformation is a member of the GTB Product Transformation team and will report directly to the Director, GTB Payments, Product Transformation. The incumbent will require a detailed understanding the GTB business, our client segments, cash management strategy, payables & receivables as well as deep knowledge of industry changes that impact the treasury and payment space. The Associate, Payments Product Transformation is recognized as one of GTB's Payment and Liquidity experts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Agile Product Owner accountabilities with firm grasp of Agile concepts and execution: product vision, roadmap, story map, user personas, user stories, manage/prioritize backlog, user flows.
- Support GTB's Product Transformation team to drive large-scale initiatives, including:

- Oversight of project documentation, tracking and maintenance of all business requirements throughout project lifecycle.
- Participation as GTB business representative in working groups.
- Support ongoing evaluation of business impact and risk assessment throughout the program, including evolving program roadmap and timeline, scope and functionality decisions, PCR's etc.
- Leading GTB Change Management evaluation and oversight of changes.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with key project stakeholders including Change Management, Technology, Enterprise Payments, Operations, Risk, etc., across the TD Enterprise.
- Creating and maintaining internal business reporting.
- Support the timely escalation and resolution of issues that impact GTB.
- Help drive GTB strategic vision by supporting market/product strategies with a focus on Liquidity and Payment best practices, processes and program delivery.
- Assess and accurately document end-to-end process flows and business architecture inclusive of Technology, Operations, Treasury, Funding, Accounting processes.
- Participate in analysis to ensure on-going suitability of existing product offerings as market conditions, business strategies and portfolio composition change. Includes supporting analysis recommendations for GTB investment funding, including prioritization based on benefit realization, client input and alignment with strategic vision.
- Work closely with the GTB Product Management and Product Transformation team to provide partners such as the Origination teams with regular updates on initiatives as well as participate as the initiative expert in business updates and client meetings where requested.
- Establish and foster collaborative relationships with other TD stakeholders including Payments Technology, Change Delivery, Global Operations and Risk and Control teams to champion GTB client needs and GTB priorities with payments related projects, regulatory changes, service updates etc.
- Stay abreast of developments in markets, economy, industry, regulations, and risks affecting Global Transaction Banking and the Payment and Liquidity markets.

**Job Requirements**
- University Degree with 3 - 5 years of relevant Product Management experience in Global Transaction Banking, Correspondent Banking and/or Wholesale Banking
- Experienced payments expert with good working knowledge of Canadian, US and international payments services including Swift, EFT/ACSS, ACH, FedWire, etc. as well as working knowledge of other cross-border payment services (e.g., iACH).
- Working knowledge of treasury management concepts and principles as related to GTB products and services.
- Good understanding of technology trends and a desire to work closely with Technology Teams to execute on GTB strategy and develop client centric Payment and Treasury offerings.
- Experience with ISO20022, API's, data infrastructure and data modelling.
- Effectively and confidently interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
