As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Payments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our integrated payment solutions within our HR technology suite. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our payment functionalities, ensuring they seamlessly integrate with payroll, finance, and other core HR processes, while meeting the evolving needs of our clients and staying ahead in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payments Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for payments within HR Platforms and EOR, aligning with the company's overall goals, market trends, and ensuring smooth integration with payroll and finance functionalities.
  • Market Research: Stay at the forefront of industry trends in HR, EOR, and payments technology to inform the development of innovative and user-friendly payment solutions.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Create and manage a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements for payments functionality based on customer feedback, business impact, and seamless integration with payroll and finance workflows.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, payroll, finance, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and scaling of payment solutions.
  • Customer and Market Insights: Engage with customers and perform market analysis to gather insights that inform product features and improvements, with a particular focus on payroll and finance functionalities.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Security: Ensure that all payment solutions comply with relevant laws and regulations, focusing on data security and privacy standards related to payroll and finance.
  • User Experience Optimization: Champion a user-centric approach in the design and development of the payments platform, ensuring that payroll and finance systems are intuitive, reliable, and efficient.
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with financial institutions, payment processors, and HRIS vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of payroll and finance systems.
  • Product Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the payments platform, focusing on payroll and finance solution efficiency, user satisfaction, and market penetration.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches to enhance payroll and finance solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments technology, or HR technology with a focus on payroll and finance integrations.
  • Extensive experience working with payroll platforms and finance systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance regulations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy, development, and market adoption.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile and product management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in innovating and improving payment solutions in a competitive market.
