We're searching for a talented and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances that propel our growth.

This is what the role is all about:

  • Building and nurturing high-value partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, agencies, and organizations.
  • Deal origination and execution: Source, qualify, and negotiate partnership opportunities that align with our overall business objectives.
  • Crafting win-win partnerships: Structure mutually beneficial agreements that deliver measurable ROI for both Set2Close and our partners.
  • Relationship management: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaboration and long-term value creation.
  • Market research and analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential partners that complement our offerings and expand our reach.
  • Develop and implement partnership programs: Create and execute comprehensive partnership programs that drive successful partner onboarding, engagement, and growth.

To be successful at Set2Close.io, you'll ideally possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, preferably within a digital marketing or technology agency setting.
  • A proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that deliver tangible results.
  • Strong understanding of partnership best practices, including deal structuring, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a keen ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring and optimizing partnership performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
