The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization in a hands on capacity. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by leading recruitment efforts, focusing in employee relations, process planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This HR Business Partner role is a permanent, full time role and is an in office position. Participates in the recruitment process
• Lead the performance management process
• Recommends, creates, and administers HR policies
• ensuring each issue is resolved fairly and according to employment law guidelines as well as company policy.
• Ensures compliance with various legislation
• 5 or more years of HR Experience
~ Post secondary education in Human Resources
~ CHRP or CHRL designation an asset
~ Experience using HRIS systems an asset
