Human Resources System - PBS Clarity / DealerPilot

  • maintains and updates all human resource files, including the employees’ personal files and records of insurance
  • pension plans, hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, exit interviews
  • probation and performance reviews

Training & Development

  • uses DealerPilot to improve employee communication
  • make recommendations to reduce absenteeism, punctuality, and personnel turnover, or any other problems involving the management of human resources.

Occupational Health & Safety

  • ensure the dealership is following polices regarding legislation, accident prevention, sickness, lateness and absenteeism, establishing corporate physical and mental health
  • all staff receives occupational Health and Safety Awareness and Training
  • holds Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and follows up on occupational health and safety files, in keeping with currently effective legislation
