As the Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign development and ensuring successful execution of all marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive strategic direction, manage project timelines, and exceed client expectations.

Ultimately, you are responsible for keeping projects moving on a day-to-day basis through briefing, strategic development, creative development and implementation and will own all aspects of production. You will be required to independently lead projects with the support of the Account Director and Group Account Director and will understand both the client's business needs and challenges as well as T&Pm's own objectives and goals.

Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns with brand, retail, and promotional deliverables ranging from mass (television/radio/OOH), to digital/social, to POP/collateral.

• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets.

Project Management

• Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Keep internal stakeholders and clients informed regarding projects, activities, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of projects.

• Strategic Planning and business development

• Show strategic sensibility when appraising creative work and in contributions to strategic documents and briefings.

• Command the administrative needs of large multi-service business.

• Minimum 5 years in account management, preferably in an integrated advertising agency setting or marketing environment experience.

• Extremely organized and detail-orientated, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to proactively lead work by thinking ahead and providing all stakeholders with the information and assets needed to deliver an assignment with excellence.

• Interest in managing, coaching and mentoring junior staff.
