-2 years of client-facing customer service/HR administrative experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Post-secondary education or equivalent customer service/HR experience
-English/French Bilingualism is required
-Ability to work rotationally between 8 am - 8 pm EST (as needed)
-Ability to work onsite in Montreal (3x a week)

Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Service Center Representative to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time permanent position in Montreal, QC. The Bilingual Service Center Representative provides exceptional customer service to external client employees and handles inquiries related to payroll, time and labor management, and HR. They troubleshoot issues, document inquiries in the Client Relationship Management application (CRM), and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement.

Ils résolvent les problèmes, documentent les demandes de renseignements dans l'application de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et collaborent avec les équipes internes pour améliorer la qualité du service et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
