The Entry-Level Inbound Customer Service Representative's Day To Day:
Provide outstanding tech support for any customers who need assistance
Know how to troubleshoot with patience with all type of customers.
- Answering tech support calls for any customers who may be looking for assistance or general information.
- Know how to troubleshoot and navigate a customer who needs help with their inquiries patiently.
- Transferring or reassigning tickets to appropriate departments for issues with specific needs
- Work with the team to achieve specific call center goals in our pursuit to provide world-class customer care.
The Inbound Tech Representative Requirements:
- Dynamic and able to work in a team setting as well as independently.
- Excellent English Skills (verbal and written).
- Strong typing and grammar skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Punctual with a sense of responsibility.

**Important to know**:

Le quotidien du représentant du service client entrant de niveau débutant:
Répondre aux appels du service client pour tous les clients qui pourraient rechercher un remboursement et des informations générales.
Fournissez des mises à jour en temps réel aux clients et documentez toutes les actions entreprises. En plus d'effectuer des tâches de suivi par courrier électronique.
Transférer ou réaffecter les tickets aux services appropriés pour les problèmes ayant des besoins spécifiques
Travailler avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs spécifiques du centre d'appels dans notre quête de fournir un service client de classe mondiale.
Exigences du représentant du service client entrant de niveau débutant:
Dynamique et capable de travailler en équipe ainsi que de manière indépendante.
Excellentes compétences en anglais (verbal et écrit).
Solides compétences en dactylographie et en grammaire.
Connaissance des outils informatiques de base.
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Ponctuel avec le sens des responsabilités.
