Rôle et responsabilités :
- Responsable de l'atteinte de tous les objectifs opérationnels clés, y compris les ventes, les évaluations du rendement, l'expérience client et la conformité opérationnelle.
- Créer de façon proactive des stratégies pour aider les magasins/représentants sous-performants et reconnaître les réussites.
- S'assurer que tous les représentants des ventes remplissent les exigences nécessaires en matière de formation et d'encadrement.
- S'assurer que tous les postes sont comblés de façon appropriée conformément aux lignes directrices établies par l’entreprise.
- Gérer et encadrer tous les représentants des ventes pour assurer le perfectionnement professionnel et la prise en charge de la relève.
- S'assurer que les embauches sont effectuées de manière proactive en respectant les lignes directrices.
- Responsable de la rétention et de la gestion des représentants à des taux de roulement acceptables.
- Gérer les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes du territoire, y compris les rapports de visites sur le terrain, les communications avec l'équipe, les processus de paie, la gestion du rendement et les activités liées aux RH.
- Fournir du soutien au Directeur de programme et aux autres membres de l'équipe de soutien du programme.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux, lorsque nécessaire.
- Produire des rapports qui mettent de l’avant les forces et les opportunités de chaque représentant sur le terrain.
- Tenir à jour tous les règlements sur le terrain et s'assurer que les représentants respectent les lignes directrices.
- Maintenir un horaire hebdomadaire qui répond aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Faire preuve d’efficacité en termes de gestion de temps.
- Expérience éprouvée dans le secteur de la vente au détail, de préférence à un niveau de directeur ou national.
- Solides compétences en gestion, en coaching et en leadership, acquises au sein d'une organisation de vente au détail; une expérience dans le secteur de la téléphonie mobile ou de l'électronique est un atout.
- Une très bonne maîtrise de PowerPoint et d'Excel est requise.
- Expérience en recrutement, formation, coaching et motivation de l'équipe sur le terrain.
- Souci du détail et orientation résultats avec une capacité prouvée à gérer plusieurs priorités avec un sens marqué de l'urgence.
- Solide compréhension de l'environnement de vente au détail, y compris la gestion et l'établissement de relations avec des partenaires clés.
- Capacité avérée à stimuler les ventes, les résultats et le service clientèle à travers une équipe.
- Disponibilité pour travailler en soirée et les week-ends si nécessaire, en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
