HR Administrative Support Specialist

Le spécialiste du soutien administratif en RH joue un rôle important au sein de l'équipe des RH en fournissant un soutien administratif complet pour rationaliser les processus et assurer le bon fonctionnement du département des RH. Ce rôle aidera à diverses tâches RH étant donné la croissance substantielle de notre effectif à Playground et se concentrera sur la rationalisation des tâches nous permettant de gérer efficacement la charge de travail.
Aperçu du rôle :
Dans ce rôle de remplacement de congé de maternité, le spécialiste du soutien administratif en RH jouera un rôle crucial en soutenant le département des RH en aidant à diverses tâches administratives en RH et en assurant l'intégration en douceur et le soutien continu de nos membres d'équipe. Ce poste d'entrée de gamme combine des responsabilités des rôles de coordonnateur RH et d'administrateur RH. Le candidat sera chargé de fournir un soutien administratif essentiel à l'équipe RH tout en aidant à divers projets et initiatives RH.

Responsabilités :
Soutien à l'intégration et au départ :
- Faciliter les aspects administratifs des processus d'intégration et de départ des membres de l'équipe. Cela comprend la coordination des communications et des actions nécessaires avec les départements concernés pour assurer une transition en douceur.
- Superviser la gestion des biens émis par l'entreprise, y compris la distribution et la collecte des uniformes, des cartes-repas, des badges nominatifs et d'autres articles connexes.
Gestion des données :
- Maintenir des dossiers du personnel précis et à jour dans notre système de gestion des ressources humaines.
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données liées aux processus RH.
- Suivre et gérer les certifications et les enregistrements.
- Préparer les trousses d'intégration des nouveaux employés et s'assurer que tous les documents nécessaires sont signés.
- Prendre des notes lors des réunions.
- Commander des fournitures de bureau départementales au besoin.
Communication et liaison :
- Répondre aux demandes générales de renseignements RH des membres de l'équipe et des gestionnaires, en fournissant un soutien et un suivi.
- Faire le lien avec les partenaires internes et externes selon les besoins, tels que les gestionnaires de département et les fournisseurs.
Gestion des uniformes :
- Gérer l'inventaire des uniformes, y compris le suivi des mouvements et la réalisation d'audits.
- Coordonner la réparation ou le remplacement des uniformes endommagés.
Projets RH :
- Participer à divers projets RH, y compris les salons de l'emploi, la distribution de communications et d'autres tâches administratives au besoin.
- 1 an d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle administratif en RH ou un rôle administratif pertinent (atout)
- Maîtrise de l'informatique, y compris la maîtrise de MS Office et de la suite Google.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, avec la capacité de prioriser efficacement les tâches.
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Baccalauréat ou certificat en ressources humaines (un atout).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement rapide.
- Aptitude à s'adapter à diverses plateformes en ligne.
- Compétences de communication efficaces en anglais et en français.
- Un sens bien défini de la confidentialité, y compris des compétences en résolution de conflits et en gestion des personnes.
