We are are working with an B2B AI platform that provides insights into motivations, personality, and wellbeing. Our client's tool has been a competitive advantage for its users across various industries, including HR technology, digital health, investment banking and marketing.
As the Marketing Lead you will spearhead marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and growth You will shape the marketing and brand strategy, develop and execute impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer personas and omnichannel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers.
- Lead the creation and management of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Produce high-quality thought leadership content to engage audience, drive leads, and enhance brand reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize ROI.
Stay abreast of industry trends to inform marketing strategies and ensure brand relevance and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in SaaS or technology marketing.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices, with a focus on brand management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.
