Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Americas content team and will work closely with Americas field marketing.

This role is responsible for the strategy and creation of all content needed to support North America field marketing campaigns events and activities.

You will partner with both field marketing and sales to focus your efforts on lead generation and brand awareness for Centric solutions.

You will have the opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of both the grocery/food/beauty industry and also B2B enterprise software marketing.

The Centric marketing team is fast-paced, diverse, dynamic and welcoming and we genuinely enjoy working with one another. Centric Software is a Silicon Valley-based, high growth company with customers in 53 countries.
Manage a growing team of talented individuals and contractors overseeing strategy, project management, copywriting, design, and video development.

Work in partnership with the Americas field team to develop the editorial calendar for the Americas for all segments.

Utilizing relevant topics and innovative campaign concepts, produce content best suited for the audience taking into consideration industry, region, segment, persona and funnel stage.

Develop strategy and content for multiple channels including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, social media, webinars and in-person events/trade shows.

Work closely with Centric's Americas customers to develop news releases, reference materials, secure speaking sessions, and create presentations for field events.

Experiment with new marketing tools (ex: web-based apps) and research creative ideas and options for the region.
Track performance (conversions, reads, etc.) Incorporate key learnings into future plans and projects.
Business unit lead generation and brand awareness. Bonus will be based on lead generation KPIs and business generated from marketing activities. Role also works with our Customer Success Team to stay close to our 800+ customer base worldwide.
B2B enterprise software marketing experience. Strong communication & writing skills
Opportunity to work remotely with a dedicated and motivated team. The position is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in North America.
