Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Lead with extensive knowledge of the

Eloqua platform. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in email marketing and will

serve as a platform expert, handling technical deliverables, validating pages against guidelines,

performing peer reviews of code and implementation, and identifying areas for improvement. This

role requires a deep understanding of Eloqua, strong technical skills, and the ability to build

frameworks around platform implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the Eloqua platform expert, providing technical leadership and guidance.

2. Ability to manage campaign creation, execution, tracking and reporting is a must.

3. Manage and execute technical deliverables related to email marketing campaigns using

Eloqua.

4. Validate the creation of pages and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

5. Conduct peer reviews of code and implementation to ensure quality and accuracy.

6. Identify and implement areas for improvement in the use of the Eloqua platform.

7. Build and maintain frameworks around Eloqua implementation and best practices.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of

marketing strategies.

9. Provide training and support to team members on Eloqua functionalities and best practices.

10. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for

optimization.


Mandatory Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, with extensive knowledge of the Eloqua platform.

2. Ability to manage campaign creation, execution, tracking and providing relevant reports.

3. Proven experience in managing and executing technical deliverables related to marketing

automation.

4. Strong technical skills, including the ability to perform peer reviews of code and

implementation.

5. Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices and guidelines.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and optimize

performance.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

9. Understanding of CRM systems and their integration with Eloqua.


Optional Requirements:


1. Experience with other marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

2. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

3. Master’s degree in a related field.


Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated expertise in using the Eloqua platform for email marketing.

2. Proven ability to lead technical deliverables and validate against guidelines.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest trends and best

practices in email marketing and marketing automation.
