Location of Work: Charlottetown, PE

We will provide:

– Minimum of 32 hours/ week throughout your employment period
– Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
– Pay at $25.00 per hour

Duties

  • Assist in preparing and handling Immigration application forms
  • Manage RCIC’s calendars and sets up meeting.
  • Order and Manage Office Supplies.
  • Maintain clients’ files and ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Liaise with clients and communicate with our internal team to prepare necessary documents
  • Conduct research in relation to immigration policies/ process.
  • Attend in-person clients and answer phone calls and direct to appropriate team members.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings and conference call, take notes and minutes.
  • Drafts email correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Monitoring and maintaining a client database.
  • Makes recommendations regarding office administration procedures; suggest and help implement changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school
  • Minimum One month of experience in similar role
