L’opportunité : Gestionnaire bilingue des communautés entrepreneuriales
Vous aurez l'opportunité de choisir un bureau satellite approprié dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps partiel, travaillant 3 jours par semaine. Le poste est basé dans l'un de nos bureaux satellites au Nouveau-Brunswick. Développement d’affaires et service à la clientèle – Entrepreneurs
Identifier et assurer un suivi rigoureux sur les prospects à fort potentiel via notre système de gestion de la relation-client 
Développement d’affaires et service à la clientèle- Mentors
Travailler en collaboration avec les associés, relation-client pour favoriser des jumelages mentor-mentoré de qualité 
Développement d’affaires et gestion des partenariats – Partenaires
Être en contact régulier et maintenir des relations chaleureuses avec les partenaires de Futurpreneur sur votre territoire pour assurer un volume et une qualité de référencement approprié 
Vous devez posséder un permis de conduire valide et avoir accès à un véhicule (40 % de ce rôle inclut les déplacements locaux et provinciaux) 
~ Un type d’expérience adéquate peut comprendre une formation axée sur l'administration des entreprises, le développement économique, l'entrepreneuriat ou une expérience professionnelle pratique équivalente 
~3 ans d'expérience dans la vente, la création d'entreprise ou le développement économique 

~ Bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral

Connaissance des tendances dans le secteur des entreprises, des startups et des petites entreprises 
Une expérience professionnelle d’accompagnement, de coaching ou de consultation avec des entrepreneurs ou des startups, notamment pour la révision de plans d’affaire et de flux de trésorerie 
Maîtrise de l'informatique : une expérience avec un système de gestion de la relation-client est souhaitée

Here’s the opportunity: Bilingual Business Development Manager
You will have the opportunity to choose an appropriate satellite office in the province of New Brunswick. At the same time, you will maintain and develop strong partnerships with our partners in the field, to recruit new entrepreneurs and mentors, through them, in the province of New-Brunswick.
This is a permanent, part-time position, working 3 days a week. Business Development and Customer service- Entrepreneurs 
Identify and ensure a rigorous follow-up on high-potential prospects via our customer relationship management system
Work in collaboration with business analyst consultants to ensure a satisfying client experience for candidates in our programs
Business Development and Customer service – Mentors
Work collaboratively with associates, client relationships to foster quality mentor-mentee pairings
Business Development and Partnership management – Partners 
Be in regular contact and maintain warm relationships with Futurpreneur's partners in your territory to ensure an appropriate volume and quality of referencing
Participate as required in the activities of partners in the field to recruit entrepreneurs in search of financing and mentorship
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (40% of this role includes local and provincial travel)
~ Relevant experience may include education with a focus on business administration, economic development, entrepreneurship or equivalent hands-on career experience
~3+ years of experience in sales, start-up business development or economic development position
~ Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, both written and oral
~ Knowledge of trends in the corporate sector, start-ups and small businesses
~ Knowledge of trends within the entrepreneurial, startup, small business industry
~ General administration experience including budget management, report writing, etc.
~ Scoring assets:
Professional experience in coaching or consulting with entrepreneurs or startups, particularly in the revision of business plans and cash flow statements
Computer skills: experience with a customer relationship management system is desirable
