Manager Assistant cum Immigration Consultant Assistant

Job Description:

Manager Assistant

  • Assist the company manager in daily office management while fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for various associates and events.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and requests.
  • Draft, review, and disseminate information on behalf of the President to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive documents and files.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to provide data and insights for CEO decision-making and strategic planning.

Immigration Consultant Assistant

  • Assist clients in preparing and organizing documents required for applications, ensuring that documents are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain close contact with relevant agencies to ensure that the application progresses smoothly.
  • Providing professional customer service, answering questions, solving problems and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the entire immigration process.
  • Assist clients with the translation of documents, if required, to ensure accuracy

Tenure Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin is required.
  • College degree or above.
  • Previous working experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate, able to complete tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in using office software.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Business Travel is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 0G6
