Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Le Cue Pool & Lounge / Bao Babies. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, problem solving skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. We are also seeking for an individual who desires to grow within the company and become involved with the expansion to different locations.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the General Manager in supervising staff members to ensure quality delivery and customer service adhering to company standards.
2. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints or issues, and continuously seeking ways to enhance customer experience.
3. Help manage all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Assist in training new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team to foster growth and performance.
5. Assist in monitoring sales, revenue, and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue growth.
6. Collaborate with General Manager in organizing and executing special events, promotions, and digital marketing.
7. Oversee clealiness and maintenance of the establishment, including but not limited to equipment, furniture, and facilities.
8. Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Proactively address any issues and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Smart Serve Certified
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a bar or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Solid knowledge of bar/restaurant operations and regulatory rules.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient coimputer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- First Aid Certified
Assest:

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
