The CS Support groups play a pivotal role in the Benevity ecosystem, dedicated to enhancing the experience for client administrators, end users, and non-profits globally. Our mission is to foster positive change through our 'Goodness Ecosystem,' supporting remarkable companies, individual donors, and causes in making a significant impact.
In pursuit of creating exceptional experiences for our users, we're looking for a Managed Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering quality service, achieving our service level objectives, and continuously refining our processes.
Starting date: June 24th
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for reviewing data to ensure compliance with client standards and policies, this role involves resolving discrepancies through established communication methods and returning incomplete documents as necessary
- You'll adopt a proactive stance in managing your workload, monitoring service levels, and keeping management updated on client queue statuses
- Additionally, you will develop tailored documentation, presentations, and training for the internal team
- By analyzing data, you'll identify trends in submissions, offering strategic recommendations to leadership for operational and user experience enhancements
- General administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities
What you’ll bring:
- We're seeking a candidate with excellent English comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal
- You should be highly motivated, capable of working independently on task-based items, and have strong computer and technology skills
- Basic mathematical abilities, problem-solving skills for handling unexpected issues, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential
- Your keen attention to detail for spotting discrepancies and errors, along with the ability to recognize patterns in data, are valuable
- Effective time management, focus, and comfort with repetitive tasks are key
- Patience is a virtue in this role, and being multi-lingual is a plus
