We're seeking a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the studio. This includes managing phone calls, assisting with client communication, providing executive administrative support, and utilizing your clerical skills. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our studio in Toronto, ON. If you thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess acute attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Administrative Support:
Prioritize and manage diverse projects with precision.

Assist in planning and executing internal events, fostering team-building.


Office Management:
~Oversee procurement of office supplies and materials.
~Manage packaging and shipping of print orders and USBs.


Prepare standard form contracts and manage deposit schedules.


Software Proficiency:
~Ability to quickly adapt to studio management software.


Perform general office organizational tasks as required.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience with calendaring proficiency.
Experience in social media management (content, strategy, engagement, marketing).
Photography and/or videography experience (shooting, editing, culling).
Graphic Design, Photoshop, Lightroom, Narrative experience 

Flexible work hours.
