Store Office Assistant

Seasonal Contract
This retail administration role involves providing administrative support to our sales and management teams during our seasonal peaks. Responsible for answering phones and responding to emails, ensuring that all inquiries from our guests and within the company are followed up on in a timely manner.
Contact guests via telephone and email with follow-up on their questions and order status.
Entering orders and other data into Excel and our Point of Sale system, as well as assisting with e-commerce administration on our Shopify platform.
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests in all aspects, including assisting as a cashier or on the sales floor when required.
Excellent phone and email etiquette, is detail oriented, and has great interpersonal skills.
Experience in administrative and customer service roles is an asset.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good
Product knowledge is an asset.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
