Personal Shopper (Casual 0-19 hours per week)
The role represents the ultimate level of sales and service. Personal Shoppers are full commission and the rate of pay increases as specific sales volume targets are achieved. Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe

· Consistently deliver Holt Renfrew's "Create the Extraordinary" sales and service to all customers
· Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
· Provide on and off-site selling and service to clients
· Communicate regularly with personal customers through phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding in-store events, marketing programs, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, birthdays, etc.
· Network within the community to raise profile of the role and Holt Renfrew
· Proven ability to exceed sales targets
· 5M in sales
· Knowledgeable of wardrobing and styling techniques
· Expertise in establishing customer relationships which translate into sales; Skilled at the emotional aspects of a sale; Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the customer that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
· Minimum of five or more years experience in a commission sales environment
