**The Opportunity (Open to Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person)**

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join us in our Walmart 1P operations with a strategic vision to spearhead a key business area. **Your Impact**:

- ** Walmart APDP Knowledge**:Leverage your expertise in Walmart’s AP deductions, dispute processes and tools to strategically position our business, leveraging the platform for optimal impact in the digital marketplace. Your knowledge of Supplier Retail Link, APDP, etc will help drive customer value and tech roadmaps.
- ** Strategic Leadership**: Guide our operations with a blend of strategic insight and industry knowledge, focusing on delivering top-tier performance and innovation in all aspects of the business.
- ** Process Innovation Expert**: Your role will involve transforming our operational processes. Utilize your analytical skills and creativity to develop cutting-edge solutions that redefine industry practices.
- ** Operational Excellence Advocate**:Champion efficiency and excellence. Your responsibility includes refining and perfecting processes to achieve unparalleled results, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- ** Client Relationship Strategist**:Collaborate with client-facing teams to enhance client engagement, identifying opportunities to maximize service delivery and client satisfaction.
- ** Research & Development Innovator**: Utilize your deep understanding of Walmart Supplier Center and deduction recovery to identify new opportunities, contributing significantly to product development and business growth.

**Your Qualifications**:

- ** Walmart Supplier Central Savvy**:Profound expertise in Walmart supplier deductions and recoveries, inbound and inventory policies, APDP and use of the platform to drive strategic initiatives and business growth. Familiarity of various 1P teams, initiatives and supply chain is essential.
- ** Agile and Adaptable**: Comfortable with change, your adaptability enables you to navigate and lead through evolving business landscapes.
- ** Data Analysis Expert**: Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, particularly in Excel, turning complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- ** Innovative Problem Solver**: Adept at identifying and resolving challenges efficiently and effectively. Significant experience driving cross-functional programs to resolve blockers to success.. Your insight into market trends and customer needs informs our product development, driving innovation and future growth.
- ** Exemplary Communication Skills**:Articulate and effective communicator, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, ensuring priorities are managed effectively. A keen focus on details ensures high-quality standards in every aspect of our operations. Experience using productivity and project management tools like Kanban, Gantts, etc is a plus.
- ** Systems thinking**:Aptitude for compartmentalizing concepts and ability to break them down into specifics for tech team members to understand and see how your systems work. Skilled in making informed decisions that align with long-term business objectives and account for system impacts
