We are searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our family. This highly

motivated individual would be responsible for maintaining existing client relations and

managing their orders.

About us:

APF Marketing is a front runner in the promotional products industry with a

manufacturing facility in Montreal and an established importing department working

closely to support our network of distributors.

Summary of Duties

 Manage and support both French and English-speaking clients’ inquiries and orders.

Specific responsibilities:

 Prepare quotations and order confirmations.

 Processing orders using our CRM System

 Coordinate orders with production and graphics department.

 Update customers with deliveries and production timelines.

 Promote company product and services.

Requirements / Additional skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years in customer service or relations.

• Have both strong written and oral communication skills in French and English

• Able to work independently

• Ability to multitask
