Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Evertz. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
  • Commission products and systems at customer sites and deliver training to customers
  • Maintain a communication link between the customer support team and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Recommend solutions utilizing various levels of technical language appropriate to the customer
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of Network topology and design
  • Previous experience with Network infrastructure and PC server hardware setup and configuration
  • Networking and/or Computer Electronic education would be an advantage
  • Unparalleled desire to help the customer and deliver service excellence
