Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, provincial, and local levels.
Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payroll administration.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Provide general executive support and office management.
Manage and oversee all office communications and activities.
Assist with purchasing, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS Companies.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll processing and experience with HRIS systems.
A proactive and results-driven approach to HR management.
Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is necessary
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting, asset management, work environment maintenance and improvement and team activities organization.
