This is a new, exciting and fantastic opportunity to join St John Ambulance. The successful candidate will play a key and important part in delivering sales growth of Workplace First Aid Training and First Aid Supplies. The successful candidate will play a key and important part in delivering sales growth of Workplace First Aid Training and First Aid Supplies. Working a 35-hour week Monday - Friday with possibility of hybrid working (2 days in our Peterborough office) the role benefits from a competitive salary, pension, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), options to buy and sell holiday, Blue Light and NHS discounts, life assurance, eye care and mental health and wellbeing tools. Sales and customer service experience preferred
Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
To be successful you must have experience of working in a telesales and customer service environment, the ability to proactively maximise opportunities to generate sales andability to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Add value by maximising opportunities on all calls to cross and upsell both SJA training courses and supplies products.
On the back of marketing campaigns make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote SJA services and products.
Responsible for achieving both training and supplies sales targets, protecting profit margins to generate revenue for the charity.
Adopt a consultative approach to create and sustain customer relationships via email and phone.
