The Director, Partner Solutions, TPA+ role is designed to build a distribution network in their designated areas for Partner Solutions products and services. The performance of a Director, Partner Solutions, TPA+ will be measured by
Focus on your specific region, develop a thorough understanding of the product, business development and service needs of the third-party advisor network. Leverage this understanding to build relationships with the defined advisor network through regular contact in both business and social interaction. Generate revenue by soliciting, understanding, and interpreting needs of developing accounts.
Conduct telephone calls, video calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective advisors.
Work with our existing distribution network of advisors to understand their needs and their client’s needs.
Leverage networking events, social media, and advisor referral to open new opportunities.
Stay current on relevant industry news, product solutions and our competition.
Encourage continuous learning within the team – solicit/provide help and training for professional development and achievement of sales objectives.
Collaborate with the Vice-President, Partner Solutions Distribution, TPA+ to formulate, agree upon and implement a comprehensive annual business plan for the region, as well as management strategies to ensure proper coverage of the entire territory.
Continually review performance against annual business plans.
Strong organizational and networking skills.
Proficient technology skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
CEBS GBA an asset.
