Overview: The Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Vice President of Trade & Market Development.
Reporting to the President, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep passion for the produce industry and a proven track record of driving growth while cultivating relationships within both domestic and international fresh fruit and vegetable markets.

Training (Trade)
Strategic Planning
Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, international relations, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade development, international business, agri-food, supply chains or related fields, focusing on agriculture or specifically on produce.
Understanding of trade regulations and market access requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in policy advocacy and government relations is advantageous.
Language skills: English required, French and Spanish proficiency an asset.
