Role Description
This is a role for a VP, Investor Relations (Board Seat) at Aviation Income Corporation. The VP, Investor Relations will be responsible for managing investor relations activities, including communication with shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions.
They will oversee the development and execution of investor relations strategies, coordinate financial communication efforts, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
In this pivotal role, as Vice President, Investor Relations, you will play a central role in cultivating relationships with investors, analysts, and the financial community. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the company's vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders, while also proactively managing investor inquiries and concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in investor relations, with a deep understanding of RTO procedures and their implications. You will be responsible for crafting compelling investor presentations, participating in roadshows, and coordinating investor events to drive engagement and support for the company's growth initiatives.
While prior experience in investor relations within the corporate development, investment banking, or private equity realms is advantageous, a demonstrated commitment to excellence and a keen understanding of financial markets are paramount. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's strategic evolution
Qualifications
- Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
- Analytical Skills and Finance
- Experience in preparing and delivering press releases
- Strong understanding of financial markets and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- No capital contribution required
- Founders shares in addition to a board seat
- Must have RTO experience
