Job Overview:

The HR & Administration Specialist plays a key role in our Human Resources department, focusing on human resources, administrative tasks, and information management to support our company's operational management remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Design and implement employee training programs to boost skills and performance.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluations and the management of employee relations and benefits.
  • Collaborate with finance to facilitate payroll processing.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, document handling, and government interactions.
  • Oversee information systems related to ticketing, assignments, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Administrative Management preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with knowledge of HR practices in the USA and Canada.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in using office software and HR management systems.
