Purpose of the job:
The HR Generalist plays a key administrative role HR Team. This role provides flexible, responsive and proactive support to the HRBP. Successful delivery of the various HR administrative responsibilities with strong organization, planning and communication skills is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HRBP on specific agenda creation, distribution of meeting minutes, actions and HR events
Manage all HR event logistics, including communications with suppliers, facilitators and attendees
Provides day to day operational support in terms of team and key individual meeting arrangements
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data/Creating and distributing documents.
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Manage effectively the on-boarding & induction of newly hired staff
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Support recruitment coordination, lining up of interviews as required from time to time
Support Talent Analytics projects as and when required working closely with the HRM for Analytics
Competencies & Skills :
Reliable, committed and able to perform duties involving confidential and sensitive information as well as maintain confidentiality at all times.
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify & resolve issues in a timely manner
Resourceful & possess strong interpersonal skills.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, with employees, HR team and in group presentations and meetings,
Ability to be dependable by prioritizing, Teamwork and collaboration skills
Planning and organizing skills with efficient time management
Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner,
Good analytic skills, Accuracy and ability to monitor work for quality
