**VOTRE MANDAT**

Nous recherchons un Chef exécutif pour faire voyager nos clients dans un voyage gastronomique lors d'un dîner dans notre restaurant.
- Créer et préparer des plats de haute qualité et avoir une rapidité d'exécution.
- Développer et créer des éléments du menu confectionnés avec des ingrédients de saison et basés sur des thèmes du restaurant.
- Superviser les opérations de cuisine, y compris la préparation des aliments, la cuisson et le dressage conformément aux normes de Carma Hospitality.
- Former et superviser le personnel de cuisine, en veillant au respect des recettes, de la taille des portions et des normes de qualité.
- Tenir à jour l'inventaire des fournitures alimentaires et du matériel, en effectuant des commandes au besoin.
- Assurer le respect des règlements en matière de santé et de sécurité conformément au MAPAQ.
- Collaborer avec la direction pour développer de nouveaux concepts de menu et des offres spéciales.
- Surveiller les coûts alimentaires et mettre en œuvre des mesures de réduction des coûts sans compromettre la qualité.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- 5 ans d'expérience avérée en tant que chef de cuisine ou rôle similaire dans un restaurant ou un hôtel à grand volume.
- 3 ans d'expérience avérée en tant que chef de cuisine ou rôle similaire dans un restaurant ou un hôtel à grand volume.
- Connaissance approfondie des techniques culinaires, des profils de saveurs et de la présentation des aliments.
- Solides compétences en leadership avec la capacité de motiver et de guider une équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Avoir la créativité et l'innovation dans la planification des menus et l'élaboration de recettes.
- Être parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais.
