Digital Marketing Manager

- Develop digital marketing & media strategies and recommend campaigns to improve brand health metrics and engagement.
- Map and manage content calendar for all social media platforms leading creation and execution of content.
- Utilize various online platforms, tools, and strategies to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and increase conversion.
- Working closely with the internal and external creative teams, develop & implement social media organic & paid content & ads.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Plan & manage end to end digital media paid campaigns optimizing budgets & ROI.
- Manage customer inquiries, comments, feedback on social & other platforms daily and collaborate with appropriate internal groups for responses as required.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and refine future strategies.
- Measure, monitor and report on all organic and paid analytics on a regular basis.
- Set and achieve KPIs and objectives for social engagement, clicks & reach.
- Implement consumer contests through organic social, through corporate website as needed.
- Support online implementation of campaigns & media for corporate sponsorships & events.
- Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
- Develop & implement e-mail marketing plans & tactics to grow and nurture the existing database and manage the database. Work closely with the product teams to find opportunities for product launches and other corporate announcements.
- Collaborate with the web design team to improve content, copy, UX/UI, and other components to increase website traffic, engagement, & minimize bounce rate.
- Support creation of web product pages with copywriting, proofreading and provide input for search optimization.
- Lead influencer marketing plan for key product categories. Work with the agency to find & vet appropriate influencers, define/negotiate deliverables and maximize exposure to their communities.
- Review content from HQ and US teams and localize for executions as needed.
- Manage online content and advertising creative requests from retail partners.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar capacity preferably in electronics, appliance, or similar industry.
- Strong working knowledge & understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Strong working knowledge & understanding of digital marketing including email, SEO/SEM, web, and display advertising and paid media.
- Working knowledge of digital & social media marketing tools such as Meltwater, Google Ads, and other automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze data into actionable insights.
- Ability to lead & manage cross-functional campaigns and projects.
- Experienced in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design elements such as Typography will be an asset.
