Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, provincial, and local levels. Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payroll administration. Proficiency in payroll processing and experience with HRIS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. A proactive and results-driven approach to HR management.Experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred.Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is necessaryMinimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting, asset management, work environment maintenance and improvement and team activities organization.
