Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at Lear. As a part-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our customer support team to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients. This role is suitable for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience in customer support and management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers - Develop and implement customer support strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to team members as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Track and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support to remain competitive
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer support management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a resourceful mindset - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Experience with remote team management is a plus
