Simply put, you are an organized, driven, service-oriented, multi-tasker looking to grow your experience managing clients and their accounts. Understanding that personality is just as crucial as possessing advertising and marketing knowledge, you recognize the significance of SEO, SEM, and Social Media in today's digital landscape. The Assistant Account Manager will provide daily support to our Account Manager. This team member will handle the day-to-day management of client accounts, overseeing project planning and execution across various channels, including digital, social media, print, broadcast, and website. 

We are looking for a great listener who can turn the information from each client into a clear brief to give to our team, someone who can make sure project deadlines are managed well with the agency group and the client.

Provide daily support to the Account Manager. 
Support daily interactions with internal teams, clients, and vendors. 
Participate in all project stages, including briefings, planning, and reporting. 
Aid in the development and tracking of projects from conception to completion. 
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and manage media distribution. 
Assist with administrative duties. 
 

College diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. 
~2+ years’ experience in the Marketing and Communications industry, preferably in an Advertising Agency. 
~ Digital marketing knowledge is crucial, including strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. 
~ Familiarity and comfort with traditional advertising (OOH, Print) is an asset. 
~ Experience using Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms (Click Up). 
~ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 
~ Effective listening and excellent communication skills, over the phone and in person. 
~ Reporting experience is considered an asset.
