DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE

À mi-chemin entre pilier du bureau et prodige de l’administration, ce rôle est essentiel pour que l’équipe de Boombox reste bien organisée et que tout roule parfaitement. En priorisant la myriade des tâches que nous allons te confier, tu joues un rôle clé pour l’équipe de direction et de production. 

TÂCHES

  • Rapportant à notre président, ce rôle vise à soutenir l’équipe de direction et de production dans toutes leurs tâches organisationnelles et administratives
  • Maintenir nos outils de gestion de projet organisés et en bon état
  • Préparer des présentations, des rapports et d'autres documents au besoin
  • Organiser des événements et réunions d'équipe
  • Gérer nos boîtes de courriels administratifs, en assurant des réponses rapides
  • Compiler toutes nos données d'empreinte carbone 
  • Planifier les voyages d'affaires et autres rencontres du président
  • Superviser l'entretien général du bureau 
  • Veiller à ce que le bureau soit bien approvisionné en collations et en caféine 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ ans d'expérience en administration ou dans un rôle similaire
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé
  • Compétence avancée avec Google Suite (“Google Sheet” ne te fait pas peur)
  • Extrêmement organisé(e) avec une grande attention aux détails
  • Fort sentiment d'urgence (tu n’as pas peur de retrousser tes manches )
  • Attitude positive et bon sens de l'humour
  • Maintient une confidentialité stricte et gère des informations sensibles
  • Doit être prêt(e) à travailler sur place au bureau de St-Sauveur

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

You’re a multi-talented, administrative wizard and organization aficionado on a mission to keep the Boombox team organized and running like a well-oiled machine. By prioritizing the myriad of admin tasks we’re going to throw at you, you’ll support the team towards success, good fortune and good times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to our CEO, this role aims to support the Leadership and Production teams with all their organizational and administrative tasks
  • Keep our project management tools organized and in good order
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Organize team events, offsites and meetings 
  • Manage our office and administrative email inboxes, ensuring prompt replies and that nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help us stay carbon neutral by compiling all our carbon footprint data
  • Provide executive assistance to the CEO, such as planning business travel
  • Overseeing general office upkeep: maintenance, improvements, etc.
  • Ensure the office is well stocked with snacks and caffeine to keep us energized

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in administration or a similar role 
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (a Google Sheet does not scare you)
  • Extremely organized (high follow-through and high attention to detail)
  • Strong sense of urgency (not afraid to roll up your sleeves_
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • This role is based onsite, at our St-Sauveur office
