L'assistant administratif / office manager assurera le bon fonctionnement du bureau de Montréal mais assurera également un lien avec les équipes en Europe

Vos missions :

L’administration des ventes et la facturation :

  • Enregistrer les contrats, avenants, devis signés et commandes clients dans le système d’information interne
  • Émettre les factures clients
  • Contrôler les comptes à recevoir et relances des clients en collaboration avec l’équipe service clients
  • Transmettre toutes les informations aux intervenants internes et externes, notamment le cabinet comptable

L’administratif et le back-office :

  • Coordonner le bureau et l’administratif
  • Assurer la réception physique et téléphonique : information des clients, fournisseurs, messages et rendez-vous
  • Gérer la réception et l’envoi du courrier
  • Suivre les commandes émises par la Société, assister les collaborateurs au niveau processus
  • S’occuper de l'organisation des déplacements des membres de la Société
  • Vérifier l'état des stocks de fournitures, évaluer les besoins en approvisionnement et définir les commandes à passer

Profil recherché :

  • Vous parlez couramment anglais et français
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en secrétariat, assistant et/ou service a la clientèle
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et du Web (Suite Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bonnes compétences en communication interpersonnelle
  • Savoir définir et gérer les priorités
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et de minutie professionnelles
  • Autonomie
