Provide reports to the National Sales Executive and VP of Sales to demonstrate progress and identify areas for improvement.Required Qualifications: Fluent proficiency in French and English. Be willing and able to travel to our Cornwall, Ont office on a fairly regular basisMinimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally from a SaaS vendor.Communication Skills: Responsive, approachable, and skilled in conveying ideas and information effectively in meetings. Fluent in both English and French, with strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.Cold Calling Proficiency: Highly comfortable with initiating contact and cold-calling prospects.Coaching and Feedback: Open to receiving feedback, coachable, and self-aware.Curiosity and Learning Agility: Demonstrates a curious mindset, actively asks questions to uncover prospects’ pain points and challenges, and can quickly grasp and retain new concepts.Information Retention: Capable of absorbing and retaining substantial amounts of information effectively.Salary and Benefits: The initial base salary for this role is expected to range from $65K to $80K annually, with opportunities for performance bonuses and comprehensive company benefits.
