Role Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at EV.com, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our company culture and practices, ensuring they align with our values and mission. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs. This position requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional who can partner effectively with leadership to drive HR strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect our company's values and mission.

- Lead recruitment efforts, including crafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns to maintain a healthy work environment.

- Manage the performance management process, setting clear goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.

- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and fair.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.

- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives and support company growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic startup environment.

- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.

- Proven track record in managing recruitment and performance management processes.

- Knowledge of compensation structures and benefit programs.

- Familiarity with HR data management and legal compliance in employment laws.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
