Our client, a service industry leader, offers an excellent work environment with fantastic perks. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to joint their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle both payroll and benefits administration tasks for approximately 150 employees.
The Offer
This is full-time permanent position with a hybrid work schedule, including one day in the office (every Thursday) and four days working from home. The position offers benefits, RRSP matching, healthcare spending account, education reimbursement, and more.
What You Bring
To excel in this position, you'll need a minimum 3 years of experience handling both payroll and benefits administration for both salaried and hourly staff, managing over 150+ employees. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP), ADP WFN and Google Workspace is essential. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are a must, and possessing a PCP designation or being near completion is strongly preferred.
