Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Telework Customer Advocate to join our team remotely. As a Telework Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to insurance clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers remotely.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software (e.g., virtual phone systems, email platforms).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a remote point of contact for insurance customers, assisting with policy inquiries, coverage options, and claims processing.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions via phone, email, or online chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently while maintaining data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional insurance products or services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
