We are seeking a dedicated Telework Customer Advocate to join our team remotely. As a Telework Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to insurance clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers remotely.
Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software (e.g., virtual phone systems, email platforms).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
Serve as a remote point of contact for insurance customers, assisting with policy inquiries, coverage options, and claims processing.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions via phone, email, or online chat.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently while maintaining data accuracy.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
