Review visa applications to ensure all required documentation is included and information is accurate

Verify applicants' identities and eligibility for the visa category applied for.

Scrutinize submitted documents such as passports, identification cards, financial statements, and travel itineraries to confirm authenticity and compliance with visa requirements.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing applicants' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.

Adhere to all mission guidelines , regulations, and organizational policies
