Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities
- Supervise and guide staff members
- Assess and enhance daily operational efficiency
- Handle the distribution of correspondence and materials
- Develop and monitor budgetary plans and expenditures
- Organize and coordinate daily workflows
- Lead and mentor other employees
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain office protocols and routines
- Design and manage training and development initiatives
- Supervise the preparation and submission of reports
- Conduct data entry tasks as required
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role will be English.
