As our Immersive Experience & Partnership Specialist , you'll shape the vision and development of unforgettable, story-driven experiences in destinations like Niagara Falls, NYC, and Bali—while building a vibrant network of local partners who bring these adventures to life.

In this role, you will blend creative storytelling, cultural insight, and partnership-building. You'll collaborate with local hosts to design immersive travel offerings, cultivate relationships with community partners and influencers, and maintain high-quality standards that consistently wow our travelers.

Collaborate with local experts to ensure cultural authenticity, feasibility, and alignment with Tripshepherd's ethos.
Identify and recruit diverse local hosts, guides, and influencers who offer genuine perspectives on their communities.
Implement creative outreach strategies via social media, local networks, and community events.
Serve as the primary liaison for local hosts and partners, maintaining positive, productive relationships.

Launch compelling, story-driven travel experiences that resonate with travelers and highlight local culture.
Robust Co-Creator Network : Build an enthusiastic network of local hosts who feel empowered and engaged.
Maintain strong traveler feedback (NPS, reviews) reflecting the quality and uniqueness of Tripshepherd's experiences.
Creative Visionary & Storyteller : Community & Process-Oriented : Capable of creating structured systems and supportive communities that encourage collaboration.
Passionate about ethical tourism, respectful of local traditions and community needs.
Data & Results-Driven : Comfortable using metrics and feedback to continuously refine programs and partnerships.
